Your information, explained.

When you send an enquiry, the site records the contact details you provide, your message, your language and the source of the enquiry. Depending on the form, your objective, budget, timeline, simulation details or appointment preferences may accompany your message.

Fields required to submit a request are indicated in the form. Without the requested contact details, we cannot process an enquiry through that form. Please avoid including identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

We use it to understand your project, answer your question, discuss simulation assumptions with you and arrange a conversation. Follow-up may include internal notes and the status of your enquiry.

Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising campaigns. An appointment request records a preference; the time must be confirmed in a subsequent exchange.

Enquiries are stored on the website’s server and can be accessed through a protected administration area by the people handling them. Operating the website also involves technical processing of requests by its hosting infrastructure.

Enquiries are reviewed in the administration area. No email alert service is currently active. If alerts are enabled, Resend is intended to deliver the contact details, message and a summary of information submitted in the form to the person handling the enquiry.

Enquiry retention depends on the time needed for follow-up and on obligations applicable to the correspondence or a resulting project. No automatic deletion on a fixed date is promised. You can ask us to review the deletion of information relating to your enquiry.

A cookie remembers your language preference for up to one year. You can select another language from the menu or delete the cookie through your browser settings. A separate cookie supports administrator sign-in for up to seven days.

The questionnaire records when it is started and completed, together with a random identifier and language, to understand its usage. These events do not contain your questionnaire answers or contact details. Requests may also undergo technical checks to limit abusive submissions.

The gallery uses thumbnails hosted by YouTube, which load when displayed. The video player loads when you choose to play a video. YouTube then processes the necessary technical information under its own privacy rules.

A WhatsApp link opens that service when you choose to use it. You can review the proposed message before sending it. Conversations on WhatsApp and visits to external pages are also subject to their providers’ rules.
